Robin Abrams is a successful Broker Associate and Florida State Community Manager, who spear-headed the recent sell-out of Kenco Realty’s Addison Pointe condo-conversion community during a challenging market.

Robin’s former 4-year stint with a leading national, publicly traded homebuilder, allowed Abrams to efficiently market and sell single-family homes, condominiums, zero lot line homes, country club homes and custom estate homes. Her 16-year real estate career has provided Robin with the knowledge and tools to establish and maintain relationships with top builders, builder-reps, project-managers, mortgage brokers, building inspectors, title agencies, real estate attorneys and real estate agents.

Abrams’ expertise in negotiations, communication and problem-solving techniques enable her to understand what buyers and sellers seek, while capitalizing on that knowledge to their advantage.

Real estate professional Cynthia Weingart relocated to Florida In 1989 and immediately joined the sales team for Wycliffe Country Club, where she also resides. In the late 1990’s, Cynthia was honored with a Prism Award for highest producer, and assumed the position of sales manager for Wycliffe Country Club Realty, Inc., responsible for new home sales as well as resales at the community.

Weingart has been able to truly appreciate and enjoy the superb country club lifestyle she has been selling to her customers for more than 20 years, as she is one of the few sales associates who believes in her community so much that she has lived there for the past decade. Cynthia's leadership resulted in a final sell-out of over 1,100 homes with a sales value in excess of $375 million dollars.

Michael Shore

Michael, a native of Toronto, Canada, moved to Palm Beach County 30 years ago. He is a Real Estate Broker and has worked primarily with major builders and developers in new home communities in both Palm Beach and Broward counties. His expertise and knowledge had aided both buyers and sellers in all phases of the real estate process. Michael is married to co-worker Kathy Shore with whom he lives in Delray Beach and enjoys their two new grandsons.

Kathy has held a Florida Real Estate license for 25 years and has focused on Palm Beach, Dade, and Broward County Residential Real Estate for her entire career.

For many years, Kathy was one of the most successful sales professionals involved in the sale of new home developments. With an extensive background and experience in all price ranges and product types, she is well known and well connected with area builders, developers, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders and real estate attorneys.

Her latest position as the Manager of the Resale Division of The Oaks at Boca Raton Realty Inc., and her long established relationship with Kenco Communities has led to her newest real estate venture with Kenco Realty Group.

Additionally, Kathy has strong relationships in the medical community. Her background in this area provides the ability to creatively network with this very vibrant market and provide expertise for both buyers and sellers.

Dean Borg
Project Director

Dean Borg brings 25 years of real estate experience to Kenco Realty Group, and has been a licensed real estate professional in Florida for more than 20 years. As a member of the senior management team at Kenco since 1992, Dean has orchestrated numerous land acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of the firm. Dean has organized, implemented and administered a vast number of sophisticated sales campaigns resulting in over 1,000 transactions with value in excess of $350 million.

Borg holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He has been invited to speak on current Real Estate trends as guest panelist for events hosted by the Urban Land Institute and the Jewish Federation.
